MRA may disclose your personal information to:

Further, MRA may share your personal information with third parties for employment, recruitment and placement services, for potential employment opportunities with customers who are seeking employees with your qualifications or to a customer with whom you have been placed by MRA, in order to integrate with their employment process. MRA may also share your information with third party service providers which are under contract to us, for the provision of the services for which you or one of our clients has contacted. These service providers have agreements with MRA to handle your personal information the same way MRA would.

Additionally, this website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It may mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the MRA website. Any data collected will be used in accordance with this privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Information We Collect and How that Information May be Used

We consider information that can identify or be used to contact a unique individual as “personal information”. When you use our website or applications, we may collect personal information from you. This could be personal information which you submit directly to MRA or it may be information that the technology present on our website or in our applications, collects automatically. This information would include your profile information which includes, but is not limited to, your email address, address and telephone number. Depending on the nature of your inquiry or activities on our website and applications, we may also collect your job search criteria and preferences, employment experience, education history, skills, reference information, background information, and other information contained in your resume, and any login ID or email address that you create.

This information is necessary for analyzing the use of resources, troubleshooting problems, preventing fraud, and improving our services. Some services, such as webinars, require user registration. For the registration process, we may require information such as names, emails, title, job responsibilities, phone number, the state where your employer is located, and other professional information. By registering for a webinar, you agree that we may send you emails and other communications regarding information specific to MRA’s services or other opportunities we may provide. By participating in a webinar presented by MRA you may be asked to provide the personal information noted above. Additionally, there may be data collected and stored regarding credits that you earn, online participation and activity. This data may be used to process continuing education credits, if applicable to the webinar.

Our website also uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyze how users use the site. This information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage for MRA. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may receive these messages from MRA via email, phone, direct mail and other communication means. We do not, however, want to send you information that you do not wish to receive and you may opt out of receiving these communications of change your preferences, as indicated below:

1. Email link – Each email we send will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe in the event that you do not wish to receive future information emails from MRA

2. Direct Request – You can email us directly to request to be removed from the informational email list by sending the request to connect@mrahis.com

You may choose to refuse cookies, which will restrict our ability to report on individual use – simply refer to your browser’s help instructions to learn more about how to manage their use.

The major browsers have attempted to implement the draft “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) standard of the World Wide Web Consortium (“W3C”) in their latest releases. As this standard has not been finalized, MRA’s website is not compatible with DNT and so does not recognize DNT settings.

Deletion Rights: California residents have the right to have their personal information deleted, unless the information is necessary for the business or service provider to: complete a transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by the consumer or otherwise perform a contract between the business and the consumer; detect security incident; protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, debug and to identify and repair functionality errors, exercise or ensure the right of another to exercise free speech or another legal right, comply with the CA Electronic Communications Privacy Act, which compels the production of or access to electronic communication information or electronic device information with a search warrant; engage in research in the public interest (if the consumer has provided informed consent), to enable solely internal uses reasonably aligned with the consumer’s expectations given their relationship with the business; comply with a legal obligation; otherwise use the information internally in a lawful manner compatible with the context in which the consumer provided it. We will delete or de-identify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.

Do Not Sell: California residents have the right, at any time, to opt-out of having their personal information sold. We do not sell or disclose for a business purpose, personal information. Californians can exercise their privacy rights by contacting us at connect@mrahis.com or via the other avenues outlined in the below section titled “How to contact MRA”.

Response Time – We will handle requests as required under applicable California Laws. When a request is made, we may verify your identity to protect your privacy and security. We will respond to written rights requests within 45 days following receipt at the email or mailing address stated above. If we receive your request at a different email or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer twice per year. Your request to know or delete must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, and describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

Note also that, under California Laws, we may not discriminate against you for exercising your rights as described here.
